Why should I choose Laurel&Lace?
At Laurel&Lace, being new is our strength. We’ve built this boutique with today’s bride in mind, modern, intimate, and personal. Unlike big-box bridal chains, we only take a select number of brides each day, which means you’ll have our full attention from the moment you walk in.
Our gowns are hand-picked for their quality and timeless beauty, so you’ll never be lost in a sea of hundreds of dresses that all look the same. Because we’re new, every bride truly matters to us, your experience and your happiness are what will shape our reputation. We’re here to make sure you don’t just find a dress, but feel unforgettable in it.
How can I book an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by visiting our Book an Appointment page and filling out the form. A bridal stylist will contact you to confirm your visit. Walk-ins are welcome after 2pm, but appointments are prioritized to provide the best experience.
Do you offer custom wedding dresses?
At Laurel&Lace, we specialize in carefully curated, high-quality gowns rather than custom-made designs. However, if you have a dream dress and design in mind, we can work with you to make your dream come true.
Can I buy off-the-rack?
Depending on the chosen gown, off-the-rack purchasing may be available.
What should I expect when I visit the boutique?
We would love to have you. We reserve appointments one at a time to allow a dedicated experience with our consultants to help you find your forever moment. You can try as many dresses as you’d like to find the perfect one. We also recommend to wear the same undergarment as you would wear on your special day to avoid any surprised later.
How do I know my size?
We recommend referring to our size chart before purchasing. If you’re unsure, we highly encourage visiting our boutique for professional measurements or consulting a trusted tailor. Wedding dress sizes may vary from regular clothing sizes and typically run smaller. We will handle measurements during your appointment when you find your dream dress.
What is your payment policy?
For made-to-order gowns, we require 50% deposit at the time of ordering with the balance due upon arrival and delivery of your gown. Sample gown are delivered the same day and the payment needs to be made in full upon delivery.
Do you offer sample sales or discounts?
We occasionally offer sample sales for off-the-rack dresses at discounted prices. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive updates!
How long does it take to receive my wedding dress?
Sample dresses are delivered that day. For made-to-order gowns, production and arrival can take 12-20 weeks. We recommend shopping 6-9 months before your wedding to allow enough time for alterations.
Do you offer accessories?
We have a beautiful selection of bridal accessories such as veils, tiaras, belts, jewelry, etc to make your big day even more special and glamorous. Please note that not all the accessories are displayed in our boutique, so if you’re looking for something specific just mention it to your stylist!
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of bridal and special occasion wear, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. Every gown is thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
What if my dress is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive the wrong dress (incorrect size, color, or style from what was ordered) or it has a defect, we will work with our production team to repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Do you offer in-house alterations?
We do not currently offer in-house alterations, however we have partnered with an excellent seamstress in the area for all your alteration needs after the arrival of your gown. Bridal gowns typically require alterations for the perfect fit, so we advise allowing 4-8 weeks for tailoring.
