Bridal Stylist (Full-Time / Part-Time)

At Laurel&Lace, our Bridal Stylists do more than help brides find the gown of their dreams, they are the heart of the boutique during their shift. We’re looking for someone who is warm, professional, and highly organized to create an unforgettable experience for every bride while ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

– Welcoming and styling brides with care, patience, and personalized guidance.
– Managing daily boutique operations during assigned shifts (opening/closing, phones, emails, scheduling).
– Assisting with dress fittings, handling gowns with utmost care, and keeping displays pristine.
– Overseeing appointments, walk-ins, and guest experiences from start to finish.
– Coordinating dress orders, deliveries, and ensuring accurate record keeping.
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting showroom atmosphere.
– Handling point-of-sale transactions and basic reporting.
– Acting as the “store lead” during shifts, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Ideal Candidate:
   Previous retail, bridal, or customer service experience preferred.
– Strong sense of style and ability to guide brides with empathy and confidence.
– Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable taking full responsibility for the store during their shift.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Availability to work weekends.

Social Media and Marketing Manager
(Part-Time)

At Laurel&Lace, our Marketing Intern is the voice and vision behind our online presence, helping brides discover the magic of our boutique before they even step through the door. We’re seeking a creative, social-media-savvy individual who’s passionate about storytelling and ready to amplify our brand in a part-time role.

Responsibilities include:

– Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
– Managing daily social media interactions: responding to comments, DMs, and building community.
– Assisting with photo/video shoots, editing, and curating visuals that showcase gowns and real-bride moments.
– Supporting email marketing campaigns, promotions, and boutique event announcements.
– Tracking analytics and reporting on post performance, reach, and engagement.
– Brainstorming fresh ideas for reels, stories, and collaborations to grow our audience.
– Helping maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Ideal Candidate:
– Current student or recent grad in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
– Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in wedding/fashion spaces.
– Creative eye for aesthetics, basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
– Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
– Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
– Availability for 15–20 hours/week, with some flexibility for content creation outside regular hours.
