No Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, or Cancellations
Every wedding gown and special occasion dress at Laurel&Lace is made-to-order or curated exclusively for you. This ensures that each bride receives a dress that has never been worn or handled by another customer. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any purchases.
Credit card payments are non-refundable.
Before shipping or handing over your gown, our team thoroughly inspects each dress for accuracy in style, size, color, and quality, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. We enforce this policy because wedding and special occasion dresses are often intended for one-time wear, and we strive to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of each gown.
Final Sale Items
All dresses, including sample sale and outlet gowns, are sold AS-IS. These gowns may have minor imperfections and are reflected in their discounted pricing. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Policy Exceptions
- Accessories may be returned within 48 hours of receipt for a 40% restocking fee.
- Exchanges for a different size are allowed at no additional processing fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested via our contact page within 48 hours of product receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in resaleable condition. Returns without an RA number or items showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Our Guarantee
If you receive an incorrect or defective item (wrong size, color, or style from what was ordered), Laurel & Lace will work with our production team to repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a resolution.
- All claims must be submitted with supporting photos for review.
